DIGITAL RADIO – If you read the article about Icom's D-Star VHF/UHF digital radios (QST, September, page 30) you will know this mode has come to amateur radio. At its spring meeting the Colorado Council of Amateur Radio Clubs appointed the Spectrum Use and New Technology Committee to investigate and make recommendations for policy changes relating to the adoption of digital technologies in the VHF/UHF amateur radio bands. DUES – Dues for the 2007-2008 club year are $25 which includes all licensed family members living at the same address. Your treasurer will be ready to collect dues at future club meetings or mail them to the PO box above. Checks are preferred and may be made payable to DARC. To date we have dues from 40 members. Thanks!
